3-Minute Vacation: Yoga at Your Desk

Blue Avocado reader Melisa Miller of Rebuilding Together in Gainesville, Florida, writes in about her favorite 3-Minute Vacation: "I try to get some office yoga in to get my body moving and relax my mind. " She suggests these 17 short (2 minutes each) yoga stretches at Office Yoga. We like "Seated Sun Salute" (#10) and "Breathing Meditation for Energy" (#1).   • Yoga is a really cool teaching. I always was rather skeptical about it, but many times came across the opinion, that it is extremely useful for physical and emotional health. Having read it I decided to get close acquaintance with yoga – I'm engaged in it for half a year already and feel much better in all meanings!
